“Thank you so much for coming and doing such an excellent job of raising the benefits and options for a life of sobriety, the risk of an enthusiastic sociable drinking being a ‘booze bully’ and the line not about necessarily encouraging sobriety but being ‘mindful’ in your drinking. I loved the way that you co-presented with Andy and that he provided such lovely drinks, suitable for morning meeting, focusing not on missing out but on having delicious and wholesome alternatives as opposed to necessarily replicating alcohol with a like for like alternative. I am currently doing dry January with no intention of attempting lifelong sobriety, but is has made me rethink that, and to at least be ‘mindful’ and ruling out being thirsty before seeking a refreshing alcoholic drink!

I’ve had emails from staff thanking us for working together to get the conversation going about alcohol and saying that it’s been really useful and well timed. I am definitely a Gimber girl and look forward to receiving my first order of full sized bottles now the shot samples are finished!!
