About Jo
I was a grey area drinker with an unhealthy relationship with alcohol – celebrate or commiserate. I didn’t need an excuse to go for a drink!
I worked at a brewery and for marketing agencies, which both have a ‘work hard, drink hard’ culture.
I decided enough was enough, and something had to change.
I took on a year-long sober challenge for charity, which transformed my life completely. It led me on my own path to becoming a certified coach and Physical Intelligence practitioner.
I am so passionate about helping people to go from mindless to mindful and to go on their own journey of real self-discovery.
I am a leader for the mindful drinking movement in Jersey, and I love sharing my Sober Journey to raise awareness and help others in Jersey and beyond.
I can do sessions in person or online and am happy to travel to you.
