I've been on a journey of self discovery that might not be visible to others but has meant the world to me. For years I’d focused on learning the right things to say and do to generate success both personally and professionally. But there was a gap and a sense of failing.  I can see now that unless your actions are consistent with your beliefs (not those learned from others), then you can't unlock your real potential and feel a sense of equilibrium.  With the help of Jo I've been able to explore, challenge and start embodying my true beliefs.  I know this is going to lead me to even greater success !
