 Would you believe me if I told you that this is how I feel Alcohol Free?  Every day is better than the last.  I am discovering things about myself that I didn’t know before. 

Since starting this challenge, I have had so many incredible messages from people who identify with my story and how I felt and want to feel how I am feeling now. One of the things that I have noticed is how supportive the sober community is, picking up the phone instead of the bottle and ready to listen when you need a supportive ear to whine (not wine) to!  SO if anyone is thinking of taking some time out, then please do feel free to get in touch, I’d like to offer the same support as I have received so far.
