What is EFT Tapping?
EFT Tapping, also known as "Tapping," is a powerful and gentle self-help technique that combines elements of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology. By tapping on specific acupressure points on your body while focusing on your emotions and thoughts, you can release negative energy, reduce emotional distress, and promote positive change.
What to Expect in Your Session
Our sessions are all about you and your needs. I am here to guide you through the process, providing a safe and supportive space to address your emotional challenges. Here's what you can expect during your EFT Tapping session:
A Warm Welcome: We'll start by getting to know each other and understanding your goals for the session. Our non-judgmental approach ensures you'll feel comfortable and heard throughout the process.
Identifying Emotional Blocks: Together, we'll explore the emotions or issues you'd like to work on. Whether it's stress, anxiety, past traumas, limiting beliefs, pain in the body or any other emotional challenge, EFT Tapping can help.
Gentle and Effective Technique: During the session, we'll guide you in tapping on specific acupressure points on your body (points can be seen on the visual below) while focusing on your emotions and thoughts. This process helps release emotional blockages and restore balance.
Confidentiality and Privacy: Your privacy is of utmost importance to me. Everything discussed during the session is strictly confidential, and you can feel safe opening up about your emotions and experiences.
How to Prepare for Your Session
To make the most of your EFT Tapping session, you don't need to do anything special. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to explore your emotions. Find a quiet and comfortable space where you won't be disturbed during the session. You might like to have some tissues close by too - just in case. After the Session
After your EFT Tapping session, it's normal to experience a range of emotions and insights. Some people feel immediate relief, while others notice gradual shifts in their emotional wellbeing. Remember, each person's journey is unique, so be gentle with yourself and give yourself the time and space to process any changes that may arise.
