Bottomless Brunch

Mr F had some making up to do, so we planned a date day out, starting with the Bottomless Brunch. I’d seen this advertised by the Embassy Club and thought it sounded gluttonous and a great way to spend a Saturday. The brunch included 3 courses of breakfast foods washed down with cocktails and champagne. I contacted one of the lovely guys behind this venture to see if they could accommodate an AF alternative. The team there were quick to respond, swapping the cocktail for a Garden Seedlip (AF) and tonic and the champagne for a Vin Champagne (thank god this was better than the wine Vin do!!) The service was fantastic and we were made to feel very special by Nick and his team. We spent 2 hours chatting, eating and drinking and feeling very merry despite the lack of alcohol in both of our drinks (yes, Mr F joined me with AF versions too. Now who’s being supportive 😘) We toasted to the fact that we would now be able to go for a nice dog walk and not experience the ‘afternoon hangover’ that’s inevitable after you’ve been day time drinking. * cue smug faces *

I thought I’d quickly update this before we go to the cinema. A fab day spent so far, with great company. I’m not very good at staying angry for long, life’s too short. Live, laugh, love and eat the bottomless brunch ❤️
